HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The City of Rocklin welcomes your interest and involvement in the City's legislative process. The City Council has established a procedure for addressing the Council. Persons wishing to address the City Council are asked to voluntarily complete and submit a speaker identification sheet to the City Clerk. Speaker identification sheets are available near the entrance of the Council Chambers. For items listed on the agenda, any person may address the City Council at the time the item is considered. Speakers are requested to restrict their comments to the item as it appears on the agenda and stay within the required five minute time limit. The Brown Act does not permit the City Council to take action on items brought up under Citizens Addressing the City Council.

 

Any writing or documents related to an agenda item for this meeting provided to the City Council, Public Financing Authority or Successor Agency will be made available for public inspection at City Hall, 3970 Rocklin Road, Rocklin, during normal business hours.

Highlands Parcel A Development Agreement, DA2023-0001/ Vista Oaks Development Agreement, DA2023-0002 (Second Reading of Ordinances)

 
Recommendation:
  1. Adopt an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving a Development Agreement by and between the City of Rocklin and Elliot Homes, Inc. Relative to Highlands Parcel A Subdivision (Highlands Parcel A Development Agreement/ DA2023-0001).
  2. Adopt an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving a Development Agreement by and between the City of Rocklin and Ronald M. Guntert, Jr., Terry M. Guntert, Celia Guntert Wedding, Karen Guntert Adams, and Christian H. Guntert, as Tenants In Common and Landowners Relative to the Vista Oaks Subdivision (Vista Oaks Development Agreement/ DA2023-0002).

  3. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding an On-Call Professional Services Contract for Engineering Services to De Novo Planning Group and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.
  4. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Awarding an On-Call Professional Services Contract for Engineering Services to Dokken Engineering and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.

  1. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between the Placer County Water Agency and the City of Rocklin. 
  2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Memorandum of Understanding by and between William Jessup University and the City of Rocklin.

Recommendation:

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Approving the Second Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement for Pioneer Community Energy
